Refund policy

We want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from Rovo Lyfe. If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us at info@rovolyfe.com and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within forty 40 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Returns may be requested for items that are:

Defective
Non defective
Damaged during production

To qualify, customers must contact us within 40 days of the carrier confirmed delivery date.

Items should be returned in their original condition unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or production related damage.

Return Process

After a return request is submitted, it will be reviewed for approval.

If approved:

Return instructions will be sent by email
Return shipping will be covered for eligible items
Products must be shipped back following the provided instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Rovo Lyfe covers return shipping expenses for all approved and eligible returns.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Customers will be notified whether the return is approved or declined
Approved refunds are issued within seven 7 business days
Refunds are processed to the original method of payment

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before funds appear.

Exchanges

To request an exchange for a different size or color:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging
Requests must be submitted via email
Exchange instructions will be provided once approved

Shipping costs for approved exchanges are covered by Rovo Lyfe.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within three 3 days of delivery.

When possible, include clear photos of the product and packaging to assist with review. Once approved, a replacement will be shipped promptly.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your shipment appears lost during transit, contact us so we can assist with carrier verification.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, customers should file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. While delivery confirmation is determined by the carrier, Rovo Lyfe will review each situation individually.

Handling After Delivery

Rovo Lyfe is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or incorrect storage after delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for verifying shipping details at checkout. Orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.
