Shipping policy
We place a high priority on timely and reliable delivery. Orders are processed quickly and shipped daily to ensure products reach customers as efficiently as possible.
Post-Purchase Process
After an order is submitted:
An order confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout.
Orders are generally processed within one 1 business day.
Once an order ships, a tracking number is provided via email so customers can monitor their shipment.
Estimated total delivery time, including processing and transit, is typically 3–6 business days.
Processing & Handling
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Sunday.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM local time are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff are processed the following business day.
During holidays or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer, though we make every effort to avoid delays.
Shipping Method & Transit Time
Orders are shipped primarily via USPS Ground Advantage. Transit times generally range from 2–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Free shipping on orders of $50 or more
$8.88 flat-rate shipping on orders under $50
After Shipment
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are managed by the carrier. Rovo Lyfe is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier after shipment.
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, customers should contact USPS directly using the tracking number provided or submit a claim through the USPS Claims & Help portal.
