Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within one 1 business day

Shipping Schedule: Orders ship Monday through Sunday; orders placed before 5:00 PM local time are generally shipped the same day

Transit Time: USPS Ground Advantage, typically 2–5 business days

Total Delivery Time: Approximately 3–6 business days (processing plus transit)

Shipping Costs: Free shipping on orders of $50 or more; $8.88 flat rate for orders under $50

Tracking: Tracking information is provided for all orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Rovo Lyfe is not responsible for delivery delays or issues resulting from incorrect addresses or carrier circumstances.

Section 10 – Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 40 days of delivery

Eligibility: Items must be returned in original condition unless defective

Return Shipping: Covered for approved returns

Exchanges: Shipping is covered for approved exchanges

Damaged Deliveries: Must be reported within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once shipped, responsibility lies with the carrier; claims must be filed with USPS

Post-Delivery Damage: Rovo Lyfe is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or storage
